Specially formulated reinforcing bar for use in domestic concrete swimming pools to meet AS 2783.
Designed to be easily cut and bent into shape on site to speed up construction times and allow complete freedom of design.
Bars are 12mm diameter, grade D250N to meet AS/NZS 4671 and are available in 6 or 9m stock lengths.
These bars are used to tie together two elements of a structure that are at right angles to each other, such as walls, slabs or beams, as designed by the engineer. Cut and bent to shape from standard deformed reinforcing bar, grade D500N. Common shapes are listed but others can be made to order. Meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4671.
Trench Mesh is made specifically for use in residential footing trenches.
Made from grade D500L ribbed reinforcing wire, Trench Mesh is made using a variety of longitudinal wires up to 12mm diameter.
Cross wires are at 300mm centres. Sheets are made in 6m lengths, with widths varying from depending on the number of longitudinal wires. The longitudinal wires are at 100mm centres.
The product code, for example L8TM3, refers to the ductility grade (L), diameter of main wires (8) and the number of main wires (3).
Other sizes are available, so check with your local ARC Sales Representative.
Wire Trench Mesh Clips provide a fast and efficient method for achieving a rigid cage for foundations.
Trench Mesh Supports are the ideal system for placing trench mesh and maintaining concrete cover to the reinforcement. Trench Mesh Supports save time and keep the reinforcement securely in position during the concrete pour.
Concrete Block Spacers are a high load capacity spacer.
Bar Guards are yellow plastic end caps used as a protective device for reinforcing bar.
ReoSoks are the simplest way to provide protection from exposed or protruding reinforcing bar on-site.
Connolly Key Joints are a high quality roll-formed galvanised metal key joint. They can be used for the control of shrinkage cracking and differential movement in concrete slabs in all continuous-pour applications. They can also be used in stop-pour situations or as sacrificial formwork.
The Ground Crack Inducer produces a weakening in a slab which results in a crack where planned.
