This mesh is used for reinforcing thin concrete elements such as floor slabs and walls where more strength is required in one direction than the other.

Rectangular mesh is manufactured from L grade ribbed wires (D500L) that are welded together with different spacing in each direction to form rectangular apertures.

Rectangular mesh is produced in standard 6m x 2.4m size sheets.

A quick, light, easy-to-use spacer for reinforcing mesh and bar. Plastic Clipfast Spacers can be used in many applications including suspended decks, in-situ walls and beams and precast panels and beams.

MBT couplers provide a cost-effective method of joining reinforcing bars, particularly when the fixed bar is already in place and there is insufficient space for bar rotation or swaging. The bars are supported within the coupler on two serrated saddles. Bars are locked in place by a series of special lockshear bolts, the heads of which shear off when the predetermined tightening torque is reached, providing a visual check of correct installation.

ARC supplies a comprehensive range of standard N grade, 500 MPa deformed reinforcing bar (D500N). Stock lengths are available off-the-shelf, but reinforcing bar is often supplied processed (cut, bent, threaded) or fabricated to suit the specific requirements of the project.

Round reinforcing bar, grade R250N to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4671. Commonly used to manufacture ligatures and dowel bars.

These processed bars are normally used to tie reinforced masonry or concrete walls to slabs or footings, as designed by the engineer. Cut and bent to shape from standard deformed reinforcing bar, grade D500N. Common shapes are listed but others can be made to order. Meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4671.

These bars are used to tie together two elements of a structure that are at right angles to each other, such as walls, slabs or beams, as designed by the engineer. Cut and bent to shape from standard deformed reinforcing bar, grade D500N. Common shapes are listed but others can be made to order. Meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4671.

A full range of ligatures (fitments) manufactured from round reinforcing bar, grade R250N, to suit all requirements. Commonly used to separate top and bottom layers of Trench Mesh in residential slabs or for fabricating beam or column cages. Common square and rectangular shapes in 6mm and 10mm bar are listed below. Other shapes and sizes can be manufactured to order. All ligatures meet AS/NZS 4671.

This general purpose mesh is used for reinforcing flat concrete elements such as floor slabs and walls.

Square mesh is manufactured from L grade ribbed wires (D500L) that are welded together with equal spacing in both directions to form square apertures.

Square mesh is available in sheets of two sizes:

  • Full size mesh sheets are 6m x 2.4m with side lap wires to minimise the laps between sheets on large areas
  • 4B2 Mesh® is the same high quality mesh but produced in a handy 2m x 4m sheet, perfect for smaller jobs like driveways or DIY.
