Weldmesh® General Purpose Mesh

ARC Weldmesh® is electrically welded steel wire mesh for gates, fencing, industrial storage and many other uses.

Weldmesh is manufactured from smooth steel wire and comes in a wide variety of formats to suit different applications.

Available in:

  • Sheets or rolls of different sizes
  • Wire diameters ranging from 2.5mm to 5.6mm
  • Plain (bright) wire, galvanised or Zalcote finishes
  • Square and rectangular aperture (opening) shapes
  • Various aperture sizes from 25mm to 100mm

 

Applications include:

  • Construction industry: safety panels, shade mesh screens, lift-well screens, scaffolding safety screens, security and safety enclosures
  • Civil construction: fencing, material containers
  • Municipal use: rubbish containers, sports training enclosures, fencing, seating, security screens, safety screens
  • Warehousing and storage: racking and shelving, security enclosures, safety screens

Weldmesh can be cut, bent, wired together and welded.

Zalcote coating provides superior corrosion resistance. It gives protection against salt spray, pesticides, insecticides and fertilisers and has a long lasting smooth surface.

All Weldmesh products are manufactured to a high quality standard in facilities with ISO 9001 accreditation.

Cut and straightened wire products are also available in a variety of sizes, material and surface finishes.

Weldmesh® Easy Sheets

Steel mesh in convenient 1.2 x 2m size sheets, manufactured from standard galvanised wire. Weldmesh® Easy Sheets are designed for easy transportation on a trailer or ute tray, making them ideal for small jobs or DIY.

Easy Sheets are perfect for uses in the home and garden such as:

  • Dog runs
  • Pet enclosures
  • Compost heaps
  • Fencing trellises
  • Archways for climbing plants

Standard Galvanised Weldmesh®

ARC Weldmesh® has been manufactured in Australia by Australians since 1920.

Weldmesh sheets are 3000mm x 2400mm and designed for industrial use.

The galvanised coating provides protection from rust and comes with a three-year warranty providing the product is not used within 1500m of a marine location.

A variety of aperture size and wire diameters are available to suit a huge range of industrial or agricultural applications such as storage facilities, enclosures, fencing and shelving.

Bright Weldmesh®

Standard bright Weldmesh® is made from plain steel wire making it a versatile and cost-effective material for a range of industrial applications.

Weldmesh is ready to be fabricated into whatever finished item you need, such as barriers, fences, infill panels,baskets, bins, guards, enclosures, screens, racks and many other options.

Bright Weldmesh has a three year warranty. It can be galvanised or painted or it can be left uncoated if appearance or rust is not an issue.

Easy to use, standard sized sheets are 3000mm x 2400mm with a range of aperture sizes and wire diameters to suit your needs.

Weldmesh® Sheepyard Mesh

Sheepyard Mesh is suited to rural and garden or home use for fencing, storage and other structures.

It is a welded steel mesh manufactured from galvanised wire, and is available in sheets of two sizes, either 6000 x 900mm or 6000 x 1100mm.

Wire diameter is 5.0mm. Aperture size is 100mm x 250mm.
