When placed into wet concrete, Crack-A-Joint will induce a crack along the strip as the concrete cures to form a control joint. Crack-A-Joint immediately initiates a contraction joint in the slab when it is positioned in wet concrete. Crack-A-Joint allows you to finish the floor in the same day, with no need to return the next day to saw cut.
- Crack-A-Joint will butt up to any given edge, even columns.
- During installation, Crack-A-Joint remains rigid.
- Crack-A-Joint can be easily joined using the joining clips available.
- Available with Rip-A-Strip capping that is UV stabilised and available in four colours: grey, terracotta, sandstone or black.
- No fill required. Crack-A-Joint's steel edge acts as a support for the edge of the concrete and stops unsightly fraying and chipping.
